Team National 2009 Presidential Tour Kicks Off May 16 in Orange County, California!

South Florida - Team National's 2009 President's Tour kicks off on May 16, with the first stop in Orange County, California.

Team National donates over $400,000 in Nutritionals to Women in Distress

South Florida – Team National’s President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler is passionate about giving back, especially on a local level.

Team National has 5 charities of choice they regularly pledge funds to. They are Feed the Children, Great Lakes Burn Camp, Gateway for Cancer Research, Humane Society of Broward County and The Boys & Girls Club of Broward County. “We believe in giving back to our community, being thankful for our success, helping someone else in need and supporting organizations that make a difference in people’s lives,” says Chrysler. “It’s part of our core values.”

Chrysler and her TN staff learned of another great opportunity to lend extra support within their community. This opportunity involved a wonderful non-profit organization, Women In Distress of Broward County. Women In Distress provides the basics (food & safe shelter) along with counseling, and so much more to women and children.



Team National President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler, TN employee Geronimo Hernandez and Women In Distress President & CEO Mary Riedel Team National donated over $400,000 in various nutritional products to Women in Distress, as a way of contributing to enhancing the lives of these women. Since its establishment in 1991, Gateway for Cancer Research has disbursed millions of dollars in research funding. At Gateway for Cancer Research, 99 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to cancer research programs. This allows Gateway to maximize every dollar donated.

Another fantastic charity we proudly support is Feed The Children. During their 25-year history, Feed The Children has created and developed one of the world's largest private organizations dedicated to feeding hungry people. As of February 2009, Team National/National Companies and its IMDs have raised $388,356.26 for hungry and needy people since 2005.Another worthy cause which holds a special place in the heart of the Team National/National Companies is the Great lakes Burn Camp. Team National/National Companies President & CEO, Angela Loehr Chrysler, is a burn survivor. Plus, Angela has volunteered at the camp. Her mother Mary Lou says “GLBC is my favorite charity because I know firsthand how important it is to help burn injured children gain their confidence.”

Since 2001, the Team National/National Companies and its IMDs have helped GLBC through their generous donations and promotions. As of February 2009, Team National/National Companies and its IMDs have raised $653,326.73. This generosity has helped more children attend the camp and has provided more camp activities and improvements.

Team National Donates over $30,000 in Home Furnishings

Little Rock, AR – Team National, a direct-seller of products and services, with thousands of independent marketing directors (IMDs), hundreds in Arkansas alone, made a large furniture donation through their furniture division, Team National Factory Direct (TNFD) through their Little Rock, AR showroom.

Multiple dining room sets, numerous complete living room sets of furniture, couches and bedroom sets were delivered to the Union Rescue Mission on Thursday, February 26. The donation even included a child’s bedroom set and 2 Christmas trees as well. The complete donation totaled a retail value of over $30,000 worth of furniture.

“Here, at the Union Rescue Mission/Dorcas House, we provide food, shelter and drug/alcohol rehabilitation programs to those in need, as well as, help those individuals prevent or overcome life adversities”, says Denise Pote, Union Rescue Mission’s Public Relations Director. “We are happy to say that we have gladly accepted the Team National furniture donation and furnished all three housing areas, Dorcas House, men’s rehab facility and our transient lodge. Being a non-profit, we do not receive any government support, we rely on donations, such as this act of generosity from Team National.”

Team National’s Platinum Retreat located in North Little Rock, AR, is an investment in the company’s top earners. The 20,000-square-foot facility opened in late December and is custom-designed to hold leadership retreats with Platinum leaders and their teams. President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler says the facility represents a dream of her father’s – National Companies/Team National Founder Dick Loehr.

“My father envisioned building a place that our leaders could come and foster teamwork among their own team,” she says. “Our National Sales Director Robert, had bought the property in Arkansas – it’s a mountain called Platinum Peaks on top of Greers Ferry Lake; when my mom and dad came here three years ago, they loved the location.”

Built at the top of Platinum Peaks, the Platinum Retreat not only offers a place where National Companies’ leaders can motivate their teams, it also allows the company to showcase its products. Each of the facility’s 12 bedrooms has its own theme, with every room furnished by Team National Factory Direct. In fact, says Angela, the contractor was required to utilize all National Companies’ membership savings before he went to any other source. “For example, our flooring is all from Shaw Flooring, one of our manufacturers in Factory Direct,” she says.

The contractor also took advantage of the Team National Business Exchange – a network of members who are business owners offering various savings to other members. “We even used Team National independent marketing directors and their businesses to build this facility,” Angela says. “It really was a team effort. It was built by our IMDs and for our IMDs, so they could come here to learn and enjoy time together.”

New Products Released at Team National 2008 Grand National Convention In Orlando

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Team National members and guests gathered at the 2008 Grand National Convention hosted by National Companies Inc. at the Marriott World Center, Orlando, FL, in October. Angela Loehr Chrysler, President and CEO, and Team National top Platinum leaders spoke to a packed house of their exciting new products and enhanced services now available.

Some of the new products announced include grills, spas, billiard tables, K-12 school furniture, commercial furniture and saunas. Also mentioned, in the nutritional category, is an enhanced line of Team National nutritional supplements for adults, including a great tasting liquid blend, TN Taste 4 Life, with Acai, Pomegranate and Sensara. A new communications service provider has been added as well. These new additions join the already 20 plus categories available to members such as automotive, home furnishings, jewelry, business savings/solutions, technology, home products and Team National (TN) Real Estate. Performed to music, Dan’s gyrations created three, masterpiece paintings of the American Eagle, the Statue of Liberty and founder Dick Loehr. The paintings were then auctioned off with the proceeds going to Gateway for Cancer Research, Great Lakes Burn Camp and Feed the Children. Since 2001, their donations to charitable organizations have exceeded $1.4 million.
