TALLAHASSEE, FL – On March 10, 2015, DSA hosted a Direct Selling Day with the purpose of meet and educate legislators and their staff about the important contributions direct sellers make to their communities.  Phil Chrysler, Team National Executive Vice President, assisted to this event to learn and support the Direct Selling Companies that are making an impact of their communities, and to represent Team National as a participant of this contribution.

The event was full of positive energy and dedication on behalf of all these companies that make an effort to understand the importance and benefits of helping others. This event provided a great opportunity for the industry to inform and discuss with Florida legislators the possibility of passing the anti-pyramid scheme legislation.

Phil Chrysler, Team National Executive Vice President, said "Myself and other industry colleagues communicated to many different State Senators and Representatives of the Florida legislature on the great impact our industry is having on families throughout this state.  Our goal was two-fold...to educate and inform along with working with them so we can pass anti-pyramid scheme legislation.  This legislation would more clearly define the vast difference between legitimate direct selling companies like Team National and those that disguise themselves as an MLM company but clearly are a scheme that hurt people in order to grossly profit themselves.”
